Opendium systems have an optional email Server module, which provides a full featured mail server with built in content filtering, allowing you to filter your users' email for spam, viruses and any questionable content. Users' email is available to them via IMAP, and through a web mail interface. Users' email can also be forwarded on to another mail server whilst still making use of the mail filtering features.
